No. Your physician must order the tests. If your physician is not familiar with Accu-Chem Laboratories®, he or she may call in and speak with our client service personnel or on staff toxicologists. An information packet will be mailed out upon physician request, and the test kits may be ordered at that time also.
No. Shipments are accepted Monday through Friday. No shipments are accepted on the weekends or holidays. Ship accordingly. Accu-Chem Laboratories uses FEDEX standard overnight delivery. If specimens are drawn on Fridays, you may refrigerate the blood or tissue, and freeze the urine for the next week's delivery to Accu-Chem.
Perhaps. Attempt to locate the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) on the chemical(s) you may have been exposed to. They should be available upon request. You may then contact your physician for instructions. Your physician may call Accu-Chem if he/she has any further questions.

Call Accu-Chem toxicology client services first. We prefer that you order the kits directly from us. Each of the lot numbers has been checked for interference, and the correct supplies for each panel are in each kit. However, there are times when this is not possible. Accu-Chem client services can direct you in the proper vacutainers and urine containers to use. **Do not use Monoject Brand Vacutainers** **Do not pour off serum** **Do not use plastic containers for urine samples**
